Facilities at Pytchley Village Hall
We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.
NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.
Main Hall
Capacity: 110 people
The Main Hall measures approximately 15m by 7.5m and is well-lit by both daylight and dimmable fluorescent lighting. It features a sturdy wooden floor. Adjacent to it is a fully operational kitchen with a serving hatch connecting to the main hall. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, along with a spacious electric range cooker included in the rental. Please be aware that a refrigerator is provided as well. Overhead electric heaters are installed, and domestic 240-volt power sockets are conveniently situated at either end of the hall. The hall is furnished with around 100 cushioned chairs, with an additional 10 featuring armrests to aid in standing and sitting. Additionally, there are 20 lightweight tables stored on trolleys; please utilise the provided tool to release the table legs after use. Both table trolleys and chairs are stored in the storeroom located at the hall's end. Chairs should be stacked 7 high and moved using the chair trolley provided. Complete toilet facilities are also available for use.
